You further undertake that you shall not initiate any legal proceedings, actions, claims, petitions, or any other proceedings of any kind whatsoever, against SpotM or its management for any user generated content/third party data information made available by SpotM in any manner whatsoever and under all circumstances whatsoever.
Kindly note that the present terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and you specifically irrevocably and absolutely agree and give your complete unconditional consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai in India concerning all disputes arising to or impacting or having a connection or relationship with the use of the services, facilities, options or conveniences provided by SpotM.
