ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Yahoo! Classifieds. Your submission of a paid listing to Yahoo! Classifieds is subject to these additional terms that supplement the Yahoo! Terms of Service and the Yahoo! Classifieds Guidelines, both incorporated by reference. Yahoo! reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these additional terms and all documents incorporated by reference. You can always find the most recent version of these additional terms at http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/classifieds/classifieds-264.html and the most recent version of the Yahoo! Terms of Service and the Yahoo! Classifieds Guidelines at the URLs indicated above.
CONDUCT AND OBLIGATIONS
You acknowledge that Yahoo! has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any Yahoo! service with or without warning if Yahoo! believes you have violated or attempted to violate the rights of others, or have acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the Yahoo! Terms of Service, the Yahoo! Classifieds Guidelines or these additional terms. This includes Yahoo! right to cancel your paid listings. Please note, you will not be entitled to receive a refund if Yahoo! cancels paid listings you have submitted to Yahoo! Classifieds for the reasons indicated above.
YAHOO! ID AND YAHOO! WALLET REQUIREMENT
To submit a paid listing to Yahoo! Classifieds, you must have a Yahoo! ID and a Yahoo! Wallet. If you do not have a Yahoo! ID or Yahoo! Wallet, you will be prompted to complete the applicable registration process. Click here for more information on Yahoo! Wallet.
PAYMENT TERMS
The credit card that you provided in conjunction with Yahoo! Wallet will automatically be billed promptly after your paid listing is submitted. All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Please note, unless Yahoo! provides express notice otherwise, payment for any paid listing is non-refundable and you may not cancel a paid listing after it has been submitted. If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your paid listing will be cancelled immediately.
SERVICE PROVIDED "AS-IS"
The Yahoo! Terms of Service, which apply to your use of Yahoo! Classifieds, provides that Yahoo! services, which includes Yahoo! Classifieds, is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. You will not be entitled to receive a refund for any problems, technical or otherwise, beyond Yahoo!'s reasonable control.
INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS
If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect.
LOCATION OF LAWSUIT
The Yahoo! Terms of Service, which apply to your use of Yahoo! Classifieds, provides that both you and Yahoo! agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California.
