The reports that you have purchased through the Consumer Reports product are available to you for your personal use. ACCEPTANCE OF YAHOO! TERMS
Welcome to Yahoo! Finance Consumer Reports product ("Consumer Reports”), owned and operated by Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo"). Yahoo! provides the Consumer Reports product to you subject to the Yahoo! Terms of Service ("TOS") and these Additional Terms which are in addition to and supplements the TOS, both or either of which may be updated by Yahoo! from time to time. YAHOO! ID AND YAHOO! WALLET REQUIREMENT
To purchase Consumer Reports, you must have a valid Yahoo! ID. You must also have a Yahoo! Wallet, which will save your credit card, billing and shipping information and other information (your "Registration Data"). If you do not have a Yahoo! ID or a Yahoo! Wallet, you will be prompted to complete the registration process for them before you can pay for the Consumer Reports.
Yahoo! in its discretion may offer discounts or special offers from time to time. Unless you have received such a discount or special, the credit card that you provide as part of your Registration Data will automatically and immediately be billed for the Consumer Reports product you request. All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Please note, unless otherwise noticed, payment for Consumer Reports is billed immediately and is non-refundable. If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your Consumer Reports product will not be delivered to you.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
YAHOO!'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Yahoo! expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any Yahoo! service, including your Consumer Reports, if Yahoo, in its sole discretion believes you have: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) have acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the TOS or these Additional Terms or have violated any third party agreements in connection with the Consumer Reports product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yahoo, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your misrepresentations or breach of any of provision of this Agreement, your use of the Consumer Reports product, your connection to the Consumer Reports product, your violation of the TOS, or these Additional Terms or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS
If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of such documents remain in full force and effect.
LOCATION OF LAWSUIT
The TOS, which apply to your use of the Consumer Reports product, provide that both you and Yahoo! agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California, USA.
