ACCEPTANCE OF YAHOO! TERMS
Welcome to the Yahoo Mail service (the " Service"), owned and operated by Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo").
Your use of the Service is subject to these Yahoo Mail Additional Terms of Service (the “Additional Terms”) (http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/mail/mailtos/mailtos-2176.html) which supplement the Yahoo Terms of Service (http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/utos/utos-173.html), which Yahoo Terms of Service are hereby incorporated by reference.
Yahoo reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Additional Terms and all documents incorporated by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Additional Terms and the Yahoo Terms of Service, these Additional Terms shall control.
Yahoo reserves and has the right to sell, license and/or display any advertising, attribution, links, promotional and/or distribution rights in connection with Your Content, and Yahoo will be entitled to retain any and all revenue generated from any sales or licenses of such advertising, attribution, links, or promotional or distribution rights. Nothing in these Additional Terms obligates or may be deemed to obligate Yahoo to sell, license or offer to sell or license any advertising, promotion or distribution rights.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
The Service and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Yahoo, and Yahoo has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, in whole or in part for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. You agree that Yahoo will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
These Additional Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yahoo regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Yahoo with respect to the Service. If after you agree to these Additional Terms, you agree to other terms of service with Yahoo or a Yahoo affiliated entity, but those terms of service do not specifically identify (by name) these Additional Terms and the Service as being superseded, these Additional Terms will continue to govern your use of the Service.
