Information Collection and Use Practices
- Stock Portfolio
- In addition to registration, if you would like to track a stock portfolio you will need to create a portfolio and, at a minimum, include the stock or fund ticker symbols.
- You can view this portfolio within Yahoo! Finance or from a number of other Yahoo! products and services like My Yahoo! and Messenger. Your stock portfolio ticker symbols are used to present the information you specify.
- Investment Challenge
- When you sign up for the Investment Challenge you are asked to choose your alias; enter your first and last name, address, and date of birth; and answer some additional questions. This information is only used to contact you if you win.
- Yahoo! Online Account Access Services
- When you enrol in Yahoo! Online Account Access, we will ask you for information about your accounts that you wish to access and view. This information may include login information such as your user ID, password, and account numbers that you ordinarily use to log into your bank or brokerage account.
Information Sharing and Disclosure Practices
- Yahoo! Finance has relationships with other partners where information may be collected either on our site and shared with the partner or on a partner's site that is linked from Yahoo! Finance.
